About the Founder

William Chau is the founder of B2A – Brand to Achieve CIC, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering marginalized communities, including disadvantaged or low-income locals, individuals facing confidence, identity, or communication barriers, and those rebuilding after unemployment, resettlement, relocation, trauma, or rehabilitation, through the art and science of personal branding.

With a strong academic foundation — holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Training, and qualifications in coaching and adult education — William brings together both scholarly insight and practical experience. His ongoing PhD research on personal branding positions him at the intersection of academic research and real-world practice.

William’s professional journey includes years of experience in correctional services, training, education, volunteering, business consultancy, and community services. These experiences have shaped his commitment to altruism, creating opportunities for others to discover their voice, build confidence, develop resilience, and achieve their potential despite life setbacks.

Guided by values of sincerity, competence, excitement, sophistication, ruggedness, and positive psychology, William established B2A as more than an organisation — it is a movement to help people move from desiring to conceiving, believing, and achieving their goals.
