About the Founder

William Chau

William Chau is the founder of B2A – Brand to Achieve CIC, a social enterprise registered in Scotland, dedicated to helping individuals claim their strengths, amplify their voice, and build personal brands that reflect who they truly are. B2A supports people seeking to grow in confidence, express their identity, and create meaningful opportunities, whether they are navigating career changes, relocation, or rebuilding after life challenges.

Guided by values of authenticity, competence, positivity, and strengths-based growth, William established B2A as more than an organization — it is a movement that helps people move from discovering their strengths to expressing their voice and achieving their goals.

With a strong academic foundation — including a Master’s in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Training, and qualifications in coaching and adult education — William combines scholarly insight with practical experience. His ongoing PhD research on personal branding ensures that B2A’s programmes are informed by the latest evidence while remaining firmly rooted in real-world practice.

William’s professional journey spans correctional services, training, education, business consultancy, volunteering, and community development. These experiences have shaped his commitment to empowering others to recognize their potential, develop resilience, and take ownership of their growth.

William is a human resources and people development professional with international professional affiliations spanning Asia, North America, and the United Kingdom. He has been a Professional Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management since 2022, a Professional Member of CPHR Canada since 2022, and became a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2026. These professional memberships reflect his ongoing commitment to ethical people development, lifelong learning, leadership growth, and inclusive community empowerment across diverse cultural contexts.
